Waitlist and account information
The waitlist stores your email address in Supabase so the team can manage early-access requests. Client accounts contain login details, account membership and the information provided during onboarding. Passwords are managed by Supabase Authentication.
Your editorial material
Suitfluencer stores the profile information, notes, imported posts, documents, images, drafts and feedback supplied or created for your account. These help prepare your editorial profile and content. Authorized editors can work with your account; client-facing views expose the material intended for that client.
Hosting, storage and AI processing
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication, database storage and private file storage; the configured database is in Frankfurt. AI workflows send selected editorial context through OpenRouter to the model provider chosen for the task. Database location alone does not determine where every provider processes data. Provider terms, transfer safeguards and the complete processing inventory still need to be confirmed for the final notice.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. The application does not currently include optional analytics or advertising integrations. The cookie settings dialog is a demo: it stores your sample choices locally and does not enable tracking. See the cookie notice for details.
Retention and your requests
You can contact info@rochmedia.xyz to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or to raise an objection to processing, where applicable. Retention periods, the relevant legal bases and the supervisory complaint route must be finalized for Suitfluencer. No fixed deletion schedule is promised in this draft.
